1. Introduction and acceptance

These terms apply to purchases from Nanak Signs 13 through this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Products and descriptions

We aim to show products accurately in photographs and descriptions. Small differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screens and image rendering. Confirmed specifications and personalization form part of your order.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes as displayed. Shipping within India is charged separately at checkout: ₹80 for Punjab, ₹100 for Delhi and ₹150 for the rest of India. International shipping, where available, is quoted separately before payment. An order is confirmed once it has been successfully placed and payment verified.

4. Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. An order is treated as paid only after our system has verified the payment with Razorpay; the payment status in our records is final.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the delivery address you provide. Delivery estimates are indicative and depend on the courier and your location. Please see our Shipping policy for details.

6. Returns, replacements and refunds

Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled under our Returns & refunds policy. Contact us with your order number and photos. Approved refunds go to the original payment method where possible.

7. Personalization

For personalized products (such as language and colour choices), please check your selections carefully before paying. We produce the order as selected. Contact us promptly if you need a change; whether a change is possible depends on production status.

8. Intellectual property

Website text, product photographs, logos and branding belong to Nanak Signs 13 or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without consent.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or interfere with its operation.

10. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for supplying products as described and for losses that are a foreseeable result of our failure to do so. We are not liable for indirect losses beyond our control. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
