Shipping is extra and depends on the destination, package weight and dimensions, and carrier service. We provide a quote before collecting payment. Do not treat a product subtotal as the delivered total.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Dispatch and delivery estimates are confirmed with your quote; no guaranteed date is offered here. Tracking is shared when the carrier accepts the package. Contact us with your request or order number for updates.

Customs and import charges

International recipients may owe import duties, taxes or customs-clearance fees not collected by us. The final quote identifies any charges we collect. Check destination rules before ordering.

Address or delivery problems

Provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Tell us about corrections as soon as possible. Delays, failed delivery and return-to-origin costs are reviewed individually with the carrier and customer.
