Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. We assess repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, without limiting your statutory rights.

Before returning an item

Please contact us first so we can confirm the return address and arrangements. Do not send items to an unconfirmed address. Return shipping responsibility is assessed according to the issue and applicable law.

Personalized products and cancellations

Customization is confirmed before production. Tell us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Availability of changes or cancellation depends on production status and applicable consumer rights; defects or incorrect supply are not excluded.

Refund handling

Approved refunds use the original payment method where possible. We communicate the approved amount and processing details when the claim is resolved. Payment-provider processing times may vary.

Warranty

No fixed commercial warranty duration is advertised until the product terms are confirmed. Consumer protections that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.
