This policy applies to both ACRYLOSIGN products — the A4 Smart QR Stand with NFC and the Mini 7 x 5 inch Smart QR Stand.
Free cancellation before proof approval
You can cancel free of charge any time before you approve the design proof. After approval, production has started and the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds on custom stands
Every stand is custom-made with your branding for one business, so payments are non-refundable once production begins.
Damaged in transit? We replace it
If your parcel arrives damaged, we replace the stand free of charge. Send a video of the sealed parcel, a continuous unboxing video and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
6-month warranty
We cover manufacturing defects for 6 months from delivery — cracked or separating acrylic joints, base defects, print peeling under normal indoor use, and NFC tag failure on the A4 stand. Replacement is free within this period.
How to claim a replacement
- 1. Record the sealed parcel before opening and film the full unboxing.
- 2. Photograph the damage clearly, with the stand and packaging visible.
- 3. Send everything on WhatsApp to +91 91157 50203 within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number.
- 4. Once verified, a replacement is produced and dispatched at no cost.
What the warranty does not cover
- · Accidental damage, drops, scratches or misuse
- · Outdoor placement, direct heat or chemical cleaners
- · Changes to your own links or artwork after production
- · Normal wear on the card holder from daily use
Dispatch & delivery
