Acrylosigns is a product brand of Pixel Growth Media, Near Clock Tower, Main Bazar, Faridkot, Punjab, India 151203. By placing an order you accept the terms below.
Made-to-order products
Every stand is produced with your logo, branding and links, for your business only. Production begins once your details are confirmed, so orders cannot be cancelled or changed after that point.
Dispatch & delivery
- · After your order is placed, the product is dispatched within one and a half days.
- · You will receive your order within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- · Delivery timelines may vary for remote pin codes or courier delays.
Payments & refunds
Payments are non-refundable. Because each stand is custom-produced, we do not offer refunds once payment is made.
If the product you receive is broken or damaged, we will replace it. To claim a replacement you must submit:
- · A clear video of the sealed parcel box before opening.
- · A continuous unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel.
- · A video and photos of the product after opening, showing the damage.
Claims must reach us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests without the before and after unboxing videos cannot be accepted, as courier damage cannot be verified.
Your content
You confirm that the logo, images and links you submit are yours to use. We are not responsible for the content of external links shown on your smart profile.
Smart profile & QR
Your QR is dynamic — you can update your links any time without reprinting. We may carry out maintenance that briefly affects profile availability.
