Marketing pricing guide for Punjab businesses
This guide explains how marketing, printing and outdoor advertising budgets are put together, so you can compare quotes properly. It deliberately avoids invented price tables — the honest answer is that cost follows scope, and this shows you what scope means.
What actually drives cost
Scope, not channel count
Cost follows how much work is genuinely required each month — strategy, creative volume, number of campaigns and reporting depth — rather than how many platform logos appear on a proposal.
Creative production
Static posts, reels, product shoots and video editing carry different production effort. Fewer, better assets usually cost less overall than a large volume of weak ones.
Ad spend is separate
Money paid to Google or Meta is your media budget and is separate from the fee for managing it. Ask any agency to show the two figures separately.
Print size, material and finish
Flex, vinyl, backlit media, standees and signage are priced by size, material grade, finishing and installation — the same design can cost very differently by material.
Outdoor site and duration
Billboards, poles, kiosks and vehicle branding depend on location footfall, availability, booking duration and printing plus mounting charges.
Ongoing versus one-time
A website, logo or launch campaign is a project cost. SEO, social media and ads are retainers because the work repeats every month.
Questions to ask before signing
- 01What exactly is included each month, and what counts as extra?
- 02Is ad spend included in the fee, or billed separately?
- 03Who owns the website, ad accounts, creatives and business profile — me or the agency?
- 04How many creatives, posts or campaigns are included?
- 05What will the monthly report actually show?
- 06For print and outdoor: what material, size, finishing and installation are quoted?
- 07How long is the commitment, and what is the exit process?
- 08Which results are promises, and which are goals? (Rankings, leads, views and streams cannot be guaranteed.)
Pricing FAQs
- Why do agencies not publish fixed prices?
- Because the work behind two similar-sounding requests can differ enormously. A one-location retailer and a multi-branch business need different creative volume, campaign structure and reporting, so an honest quote follows a short scoping conversation.
- Is it cheaper to bundle digital, print and outdoor together?
- Often the coordination effort drops when one team handles strategy, creative and production, because artwork is reused across channels instead of being recreated. Whether that reduces your total cost depends on your scope.
- Should I spend on ads or on my website first?
- If the page an ad sends people to is slow, unclear or hard to contact from, paid traffic usually wastes budget. Fixing the destination first tends to make later ad spend work harder.
- Can you guarantee leads for a fixed budget?
- No, and neither can anyone else honestly. We can agree targets, track enquiries properly and adjust the plan, but guaranteed leads, rankings or views are not something we promise.
